We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to help us understand how visitors use our website.

Google Analytics is an optional service and is only enabled where you consent to analytics cookies through our cookie consent controls. Where consent is provided, Google Analytics may collect information about your device, browsing activity and interactions with our website.

We use this information in aggregate to understand website performance, identify popular content and improve the user experience.

Our website uses Google reCAPTCHA to help protect website forms against automated spam, abuse and malicious submissions.

When reCAPTCHA operates, certain technical information may be processed by Google in order to assess whether an interaction is likely to have been made by a genuine user.

We use this technology because we have a legitimate interest in maintaining the security and integrity of our website and preventing abuse of our forms.

Website form submissions are normally retained within our website for up to 12 months from the date of submission, after which they are automatically deleted from the website’s form submission records.

Information relating to an enquiry may be retained elsewhere for longer where it develops into an active quotation or project, you become a customer, or continued retention is reasonably necessary for business, accounting, contractual, legal or dispute-resolution purposes.

Analytics and technical information may be retained for different periods according to the settings and retention policies of the relevant service.
